Our range includes pet supplements.

They are not intended to cure diseases and are not a substitute for a visit to the vet. Supplementary pet foods are not a substitute for a balanced and species-appropriate diet. Pet supplements not labelled for puppies should only be fed to adult pets. They are to be stored out of the reach of children, in a cool, dry place and protected from light. The recommended daily consumption of the supplementary pet food should not be exceeded.

Pre-existing conditions

If your pet already suffers from organic diseases, autoimmune disorders, intolerances, allergies, epilepsy, etc. and may also be taking medication due to a disease, it is important to consult your veterinarian before administering pet supplements. Our advice does not cover the use of medications and their side effects or interactions. Please consult your veterinarian who prescribed the medication for this as well.

Important to know!

It is important to realize that natural pet foods often need to be given for several weeks, and sometimes even longer, before any noticeable effect is felt. As with most natural products, this requires patience and perseverance. You are unlikely to notice an immediate effect within a few days or weeks. However, it is important to consider the use of pet supplements in combination with a healthy diet and lifestyle to achieve long-term results.

Please note!

It is important to check with your veterinarian before administering any pain medication. Self-administration of pain relievers such as aspirin, paracetamol or ibuprofen can be toxic to dogs and should be avoided. An overdose or improper use can have serious consequences and endanger your dog's health. Please contact your veterinarian to determine the correct pain reliever and dosage for the dog.

Interactions

If your dog is on medication for a medical condition from the vet and you are wondering about possible interactions with our products, it is important to note that this will depend on the specific medication. Some chemical drugs can have strong side effects, which is different from possible drug interactions. Interactions primarily occur with chemical drugs and are rare in connection with natural products, but cannot be completely ruled out. It is therefore advisable to always consult the veterinarian before administering any pet supplements.

Color and consistency of our preparations

As natural products, the appearance and consistency is influenced by factors such as exposure to light, duration of growth, season and drying. Therefore, different colors and consistencies can arise depending on the batch. However, this has nothing to do with the quality, but is simply a visual difference.

Feed check

A feed check does not include individual nutritional advice with a feeding plan. The information provided by the nutritionist does not constitute a diagnosis, therapy or treatment, but is merely a review of the feed and a feed recommendation. The client is always responsible for his/her dog/cat. The nutritionist does not bear the risk of negative effects that have led to undesirable side effects in connection with the information and feed recommendation provided. The client must be aware that a feed check cannot replace a medical consultation or treatment. No previous illnesses and/or medication can be taken into account. The nutritionist is not liable for damage of any kind. Errors and omissions excepted.

Dear Customer,

According to DHL and Deutsche Post, the delivery time within Germany is 2 to 5 days. In the EU 4 to 12 days and to other countries up to 14 days. These are approximate values; the parcel carrier DHL and the respective DHL partner abroad are responsible for the final delivery time.

After handover to DHL, a shipment tracking will be sent by e-mail. The tracking link will be sent by e-mail between 16:00 and 18:00 on the day of dispatch. Please check your spam folder if necessary.

If an order cannot be delivered by DHL or its partner abroad, it will usually be returned to us. Possible reasons for this can be found on the following website: https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden/hilfe-kundenservice.html

If there is no error on the part of the buyer, such as an incorrect delivery address or no alternative drop-off location, or the package has not been collected from the post office within 7 days, we will resend the order at our expense.

If there is an obvious error on the part of the buyer (e.g. wrong delivery address given, not present etc.), we will charge 5.90 Euro shipping costs plus 1 Euro flat rate for a new delivery within Germany. For a new delivery outside Germany we charge shipping costs according to zone plus 1,- Euro flat rate. These costs also apply to each further delivery attempt.

If the order was delivered to a neighbour, you will usually find the information in the shipment tracking. But even without a note from the delivery company, it doesn't hurt to ask your neighbours. If DHL has delivered the order to the buyer's address and the corresponding note is in the shipment tracking, but the delivery has not been received, you should check whether an alternative drop-off location has been deposited with DHL, if necessary please ask the delivery person about this.

We will hand over the delivery to DHL one working day after the order or receipt of payment if payment has been made in full and booked with us. If payment is received by 13:00, we will dispatch the order on the same working day.

Further notes on dispatch: There must be a bell plate with the name of the addressee. If, for example, only the name of the partner is on the bell plate, the delivery address must be addressed accordingly.

If the parcel is to be delivered to the workplace, please be sure to include the name of the company in the delivery address. Without the company name, the parcel can usually NOT be delivered.
